Awakening to Your True Purpose in Times of Personal and Global Upheaval with Dr. Toni Galardi

A Personal Note From Orion

Change is the only constant in life, and it’s a cycle. However, many people fear change because it disrupts the comfortable and secure life they’ve established. But when you’re not afraid, magic happens because you’re working from fear to faith. From being complacent, you’re now proactive in life.

Today’s guest is Dr. Toni Galardi, a self-help author, a guest expert on resilience on major broadcast TV and radio, a television show host, a licensed clinical psychotherapist, astrologer, and career coach. She is the author of the groundbreaking book The LifeQuake Miracle: Awakening to Your True Purpose in Times of Personal and Global Upheaval.

In this episode, Dr. Toni talks about her book, The LifeQuake Miracle. She explains the seven skills you can learn from her book, namely: becoming resilient to sudden change; reading in advance the signs showing you what is becoming defunct; moving forward easily before you’re forced to, transforming economic upheavals into abundance; choosing nourishing food and herbs your body needs for vitality in each stage; and uncovering your soul’s true purpose for the next chapter of your life.

And now, without further ado, on to the show.

In this Episode

  • [05:38] – Are we able to find ourselves through suffering? The degree to which people can find themselves and pay attention to synchronicities and dreams is explained by Dr. Toni.
  • [07:46] – If we do not act on our dreams, something worse will happen. Dr. Toni recalls the experience of a client whose throat chakra had been blocked, and was helped by energetic clearing.
  • [13:52] – Dr. Toni discusses how her body became defunct and the life cycle we should embrace as astrological signs emerge. According to her, the evolution of consciousness is closely linked to the chaos theory.
  • [20:32] – To avoid becoming trapped in fear, Dr. Toni suggests cultivating one’s observer self through meditation.
  • [21:33] – Having become a mother made it difficult for Orion to practice mindfulness. Dr. Toni recommends a solution that she should try with her son.
  • [25:37] – Dr. Toni explains her first experience with mysticism and Gestalt therapy. She discusses how an intuitive calling led her to become a shaman as well as how she sees empathy and sympathy
  • [31:11] – During her discussion of how she came up with the title of her book, Dr. Toni shares some stages of LifeQuake that she describes in the book.
  • [40:22] – According to Dr. Toni, living a stellar life includes 1) paying attention to the planets, 2) giving your intentions out around professional speaking, such as joining the LifeQuake Miracles Tribe, and 3) meditating. Visit Dr. Toni Galardi’s website for more information.

About Today’s Show

Hello, Dr. Toni. Welcome to the Stellar Life podcast. I’m very happy that you’re here. Thank you so much for being here, and I’m very excited to talk to you.

It’s my pleasure. I am excited to be here.

Thank you. Before we begin, can you share a little bit about your passion or passions and how did you discover them?

Professionally or personally?

Nobody ever asked me that, but I would love to know both.

I’m passionate about a lot of things. I’m passionate about helping people find their passion.

Okay. They very much dovetail in many ways. What I love is making a difference in people’s lives, facilitating, and supporting this huge spiritual transition that’s taking place on the planet. Even when I’m in my own life, whether with friends, family, or whatever it is, helping people see what lights them up and how to get in touch with what lights them up is a lot of fun for me. Astrology is a lot of fun for me. I’m passionate about a lot of things. I’m passionate about helping people find their passion.

When I wrote my own mission statement, it was to light people up, and you use the same terminology. I like that. I like to ignite people because I feel like everyone already has a spark, something we just need to add a little bit of positive fuel into that spark for them to be like, here I am. Good morning. Hello, world.

Yes.

Can we talk a little bit about your book?

Sure. Absolutely. The name of the book is The LifeQuake Miracle: Awakening to Your True Purpose in Times of Personal and Global Upheaval. The book was written as we went through the spiritual transition, but before we went into a massive global transition through the pandemic, it was very timely.

When I did Gaia TV, the first interview hit in April of 2020, and the nerve it hit on the international level was huge. I just had hundreds of people reaching out who were really feeling burned out in their careers and really desirous of wanting to be doing something that you’re spending most of your waking day in that really fuels them and lights them up.

I had gone through my own experience of not leaving something soon enough and having to go through many crises and disasters before making major changes. The book really kind of came from my own life. Hundreds of interviews I did include human potential pioneers who had also gone through life quakes and come out the other side with their purpose and mission.

The LifeQuake Miracle by Toni Galardi, PhD

There are also tools. It’s a seven-stage model, so it helps people find what they’re here to do, but I also give in each stage of the model what to do at the body level, the kind of supplements that are really appropriate for that stage, as well as emotional tools and spiritual tools as well.

Do you believe everybody has to go through some suffering in order to find themselves? I don’t know of anybody that just didn’t go through anything and became something.

Well, it’s degrees. It has to do with degrees. There were people I interviewed who just decided this isn’t fun anymore and had faith in themselves and the universe to leave something behind, take a break, and figure out what really did light them up. What are they here now to bring forth into the world? What is it that they feel drawn to and impassioned by?

There are people, but most people tend to wait until a massive crisis hits their lives. They don’t pay attention to the signs, and that’s what the first two stages of the model are meant to be. They’re meant to show you to look for subtle cues. There are subtle cues trying to tell you it’s time for a change, and most people ignore them. Instead, what they do is self-medicate.

Yeah. How do we look for the signs? How do we recognize the signs?

Keeping a dream journal is one way. If you put intention behind keeping a journal by your bed and having it as an intention when I awaken in the morning, I’m remembering my dreams, and all I want to know is what is my next step?

Obviously, I was trained as a union psychotherapist. When I work with clients individually, I know how to help them interpret their dreams but it’s something one can begin to get messages from the dreamtime telling you it’s time to change. It’s time to let go of what you’ve been doing.

Pay attention to the messages coming from the universe through people and animals.

Another way is synchronicities. It is when you pay attention to the messages coming from the universe through people and animals. The animals can bring us medicine in the shamanic tradition, and messages like “go here” are directed here. I pay attention to those signs when hearing the same kind of message from different places.

What type of messages do people get from dreams? From your experience, your experience with your clients, or your personal experience. What do you see in dreams, like a big sign or a big aha?

I’ve had a client recently who was being given a dream that she is sick. She was being told that she had Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and that it was deadly. Now, Hashimoto’s is not deadly. It’s a thyroid problem, an autoimmune disorder of the thyroid.

However, through the dream, we broke down that her throat chakra was blocked, so she was not communicating. She works for a major San Francisco Bay Area company, makes great money, and supports her whole family, including her husband.

She was being shown that, if she let it go long enough, it may not be Hashimoto’s that kills her. If you cut off your voice, your communication, and you don’t speak your truth, what ends up happening is the immune system can attack you, and it can show up in the form of cancer. That’s a disorder of the immune system.

Some dreams can absolutely give us messages through very subtle symptoms or mild to severe addictions that start showing up. For example, too much time on the internet can be a subtle addiction that we don’t think of hitting on the nose the way we think of alcohol and drugs. People who start or are eating more or eating less, I went through both phases in my journey, in a life quake I was experiencing. I went through a phase of getting very skinny because my body was changing, and my spirit was leaving my body.

There are many signs showing you something needs to change. If you don’t pay attention, a catastrophic crisis will happen to force you to pay attention.

There are many signs showing you something needs to change, and if you don’t pay attention, a catastrophic crisis has to happen to force you, for example, out of a job. I had another client who dreamt she was being fired from her job and had been fired from a job prior to that. Her message from that dream was, I need to start really getting on this thing of finding what I’m here to do so that I don’t have to get fired this time. I can be proactive.

Animal totems can come to us. The same animal can show up giving us messages, for example. It’s about how aware you are versus how much in denial you are holding on to old life, something that’s already dying. When we deny that our life is changing dramatically, we have to go through it the hard way, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

Yeah, it starts with a feather, then it’s the brick, then it’s the Mack truck, and you don’t want to wait for the Mack truck.

That’s right. Yeah, for sure.

There were so many questions I had about what you just told me. First, her throat chakra was blocked, and she came to the realization that she had to speak her truth. How did she go from being so blocked and unable to speak her truth to actually doing it?

Part of my work is clearing energy blocks. The way that I do career coaching is very unique. It is very mystical in many ways because I look at someone’s astrology chart, which can show me the blockages we come into this life. That needs clearing before any action, or any discovery can even happen as to what you’re here as your sole purpose.

Then, I do the energetic clearing because I have training as a shaman. In this case, the throat chakra needed to be cleared for her to speak her truth.

Say to the universe, “I’m ready. I’m willing to surrender my ego and my mind to what is the highest and greatest will and good for me.”

Someone can do that by putting hands over their throat, for example, if it’s that area, sending healing energy and being willing to be guided. Say to the universe, “I’m ready. I’m willing to surrender my ego and my mind to what is the highest and greatest will and good for me.” When we do that with humility and grace, it can come through much more gently than when we’re in denial.

Right. What happened to her?

We cleared that throat chakra. She works in a technical position in the software industry. What she was passionate about were spiritual things and spiritual workshops. What we got to—because she’s very detail-oriented—was that she didn’t want to be a workshop leader. She did coaching training and realized, “I don’t think I’m equipped to be a coach.”

We really got to what she wanted to do, and I asked a lot of questions—the way that I carved this out—was that she could be a producer. She could help workshop leaders, teachers, and people who don’t want to do the marketing piece and don’t want to find the venue. For example, for a retreat center, a hotel or something like that, giving workshops now that things are opening up and people are giving live things again. She could be the behind-the-scenes person and that’s what she’s most comfortable with but she wanted to do it in a spiritual domain, an arena.

We kind of got to that, and that got her very excited. All I suggested at this point was research. I was going on LinkedIn and seeing who the coaches out there want to be able to give workshops but don’t want to have to do all the enrollment, the ground detail, and the grunt work.

Yeah, I’m one of those people. Just let me go and teach them. That’s it. I don’t want to handle all the details, even though I like producing stuff. When it comes to a big event in marketing, I’m like, oh, god, I don’t want to have a headache. Perfect. You said that you went through periods where you gained and lost weight. You use the word my spirit left my body. What does that mean?

Around age 30, I was married, and I was a traditionally trained psychotherapist and realized that I could feel my body was morphing. I no longer had any desire to drink any alcohol. I was raised Italian, so we had wine on the table every night.

When life or your body is defunct or outdated, it needs to go through change. But there's a death process; you can't just leap into your new form. Share on X

The wine just became abhorrent to me. I didn’t want to drink that. I was actually being drawn at that time to milk. It was like my body was going through this. I was going back almost to a young version of myself. I was losing weight because I had very little desire for food. My spirit was awakening, but the form of the body it was in was outdated.

As a distinction from dysfunctional, I call it in my book defunctional. When life or your body is defunct, it’s outdated, and it needs to go through this change, but there’s this death process. You can’t just leap into this new form. It doesn’t work that way. That’s not quantum physics.

Basic quantum physics in chaos theory is that when an organism has reached the highest level in which it can perform, it disintegrates into chaos and disorganization so that it can reorganize into a higher form.

The Egyptians in ancient Egypt knew this, and it took the form of they had the myth of the phoenix bird. This is the myth of the phoenix bird. They understood these very archetypal principles before we knew of something such as quantum physics. It’s a truism in nature.

We always want to be in spring and summer, but fall has to come, and winter has to come.

Most people are too frightened. We always want to be in spring and summer, but fall has to come, and winter has to come. It’s cyclical inside everyone’s life. That’s just how life is. We’re probably leaving a bull market. We’ve had a bull market for a long time, longer than usual, and we may go into a bear market where we have to tighten our belts a little bit, and we have to be a little bit more mindful about how we spend money during this new transition. It’s all cyclical. Everything comes in cycles.

Is this what you see astrologically coming to us?

Oh, yeah.

Tell me more.

Well, Pluto is in the very last stages of the sign of Capricorn. Capricorn rules society. It’s not just in the US. It’s all internationally. That’s why what got created was something that would unite the entire planet. Rather, it took the form of one thing or another. There was going to be some phenomenon—we knew it was coming—that would unite everyone into this transformation, and it has been transformational. People are questioning. There’s a massive career transition going on worldwide. People are leaving their jobs.

Plus, AI is going to become smarter than us very soon.

There’s that, but there’s always going to be a need for human potential, always. With Uranus now in Taurus, and that’s an 84-year cycle, we’re going to have to go through a change in how we deal with money. We will probably become a digital economy, which will be an adjustment for some humans. There could be some requirement of values changing and spending money on things that really matter, that help you with your spiritual transformation.

So many questions. I’m trying to find the first one that comes to mind. I’m like, yeah, wait. First, do you think everything we went through in the last 2 ½ years was a part of this quantum chaos for us to rise?

We’ve been in a spiritual transition, and when there is an evolutionary leap in consciousness, there’s a speed up.

No question. This has been coming. We’ve been in a spiritual transition, and when there is an evolutionary leap in consciousness, there’s a speed up. Something had to, as I mentioned, connect the entire planet. What was going to do that? It took the form of an organism that had everyone forced to go home.

As a result of being at home, there was more evaluation of people’s marriages of how they ran their families. Many working outside the home had to start looking at what was going on with their children. And most of us began to reevaluate how we spent money. All of this is a parcel of this spiritual transition, but we’re not out of the woods. It’s just beginning.

Well, do you think we’re heading into a recession?

That’s been predicted, yes. However, I’ve said this before. I was interviewed on a podcast in Dublin, Ireland, not too long ago. I said, people, if you are entrepreneurial and think in terms of opportunity, the Chinese symbol for crisis is also opportunity.

During the Great Depression around the world that hit the US and the entire planet in the ’30s, some people made a lot of money because they saw where the opportunity was. They didn’t buy into the fear, to the matrix, and instead were looking for where there would be an opportunity.

That is what I see a lot in the millennial generation, that they are creating things. If you look at LinkedIn, you’ll see that people are creating unique coaching programs. They’re making money in unique ways. That’s what it takes—not getting sucked into what the matrix is out there. What you hear on the news, it’s all bad. Yes, recessions can happen. They’re part of a cycle, but you can create opportunities for greater wealth if you use the recession correctly and don’t get sucked into the fear.

Developing a daily mindfulness practice will allow you to drop out of that outer chaos and hear what your higher self is trying to tell you.

How do you not get stuck into fear when fear is all over? Even for me as an adult sometimes.

Meditation is one example of that. If you meditate and you drop into your inner self, you step out. You observe self; the more you develop the observer self‘s mind-muscle. The observer self is watching the mind and the mind getting into fear, buying into whatever the news is saying, or whatever, and you step back and ask the self, the soul, what would you have me know? What do I need to know here? What is the truth?

The heart map was developed several years ago to help people go into their hearts and understand the frequency of the heart because the heart doesn’t lie. Developing a daily mindfulness practice will allow you to drop out of that outer chaos and hear what your higher self is trying to tell you.

I find it very hard to get into the habit of mindfulness.

Because?

I have a two-and-a-half-year-old son. Prior to that, going into a meditation gym whenever I wanted, even going to the gym and doing all this self-care, was so much easier. Now I homeschool my little one. I wake up, and he wakes up together with me. At the end of the day, I’m like, “Just let me watch something on Netflix that is like mine.” I don’t want to think about being mindful. I don’t want to think about everything. I’m tired. I just want to watch something silly and go to sleep or do something like browse the internet, whatever.

What time does your little one wake up in the morning?

Around 7 AM, but if I wake up prior to him, he will wake up when I wake up, usually. He senses me.

A heart map was developed to help people understand the organ’s frequency because the heart never lies.

Okay, alright. I have belonged to a meditation called City Yoga for a long time. When you go to the retreat center in upstate New York, there’d be whole families and children are taught from the time they’re very little to meditate.

Maybe I should try it with him. That will be very interesting.

Yeah, if you did something like maybe listening to a guided meditation, maybe that would be one way of teaching him to learn how to get quiet. Children who come through meditation lineages are very different kinds of kids in terms of their ability to handle stress when they get into school.

That’s so cool. Thank you for that. I’ll do it. I want to say I’ll try it, but as Yoda said, do or do not; there is no try. I will do that.

If he gets restless or whatever—because babies do when they’re two—you can just stay still. You’re modeling that. Just lay down and stay still in your space, and he may get up or whatever, but if he sees you doing that, he’ll start to model that over time. It may not happen like that, but I’ve seen this over time. I’ve seen children very young learning to meditate.

Keep paying attention to the signs. If you continue to ignore them, catastrophic things are about to happen. Share on X

That’s so cool. I’ll definitely do it. Did you study being a shaman? How do you become a shaman? What is the process of being a shaman? It sounds so mystical and interesting.

I would say from a conscious level; I didn’t choose it. It chose me. It came to me. My first experience with mysticism—I had never done yoga before and went on a yoga retreat. It was my first experience with yoga, and she did this long yoga session. I went back to my room. When we were on a break, I started having this change. My breathing was changing.

My breathing started rapidly, and I saw myself falling through space into a dark hole. I heard a voice saying, you’re dying, you’re dying. Now I was trained in my 20s, when I was in grad school and after, with something called Gestalt Therapy. The man who created Gestalt therapy, Fritz Perls, used to say, “lose your mind and come to your senses.” I heard that mantra. It was like a mantra going through my head, lose your mind and come to your senses.

I thought I was losing my mind. What started happening was a number of mystical experiences were coming to me. My periods stopped for nine months. I think I was 29 or 30 at that point. Then, I went to Peru. I was guided to go to Machu Picchu, and there met a woman who was a shaman and took me into an initiation that radically changed my life, for sure. I was put through, but let me tell you something, it’s not glamorous. It is not for the faint of heart.

Children who come through meditation lineages are very different in terms of their ability to handle stress as they grow.

When you choose that from the other side, I imagine, coming into this life, your soul contracts, you’re taking on ego death. You’re saying to the universe, “I’m ready and willing to go through lessons and non-attachment over and over again. I’m ready to cast my ability to have trust and faith in the universe.”

What are the tests?

Losing everything you have, an economy that can happen. I had a couple of near-death experiences, one of which was when I almost lost my life due to a mold infestation in my home, a very toxic mold. I had to walk away. An environmental consultant came out when we finally figured out why I was getting sick, and it was in my house. The consultant told me, “you have to leave this behind, everything here, or get a mold remediation expert out here,” which is very expensive. I had to walk away and had to live in a motel. I talked about this in my book, The LifeQuake Miracle.

I had nothing, none of my things with me. It was a lesson in non-attachment. Totally a lesson in non-attachment because doctors were telling me this is tied to 20 different kinds of cancers. You’ve been exposed to this for a long time because I found out my landlord had covered it up. There were many difficult times, from being without any to rely on the divine for guidance because my material life was gone, and I couldn’t work. I wasn’t making money. That’s just one of many examples.

Yeah, it sounds very difficult. It’s very difficult. What does a shaman woman do compared to a psychotherapist, an astrologist, or a coach?

You go through a morphing process over and over again until your body becomes much more able to do something called shapeshifting.

It’s an intuitive calling. You’re really meant to go through this kind of morphing process. Your body is put through it consciously, and you go through a morphing process over and over again until your body becomes much more able to do something called shapeshifting. I don’t talk about that much on camera, but shape shifting is that ability to leave the physical form, move into someone else’s body, and help them shift and change, then move back into your form.

My goodness. That’s very tasking. That sounds very difficult.

Well, no, it becomes easier and easier. Not for everyone, for sure, but those called to do this work are there to help facilitate others in terms of their own morphing to be a guide, so I’m definitely a guide.

How do you not take on others’ pain or suffering?

Well, empathy is not taking on people’s pain. It’s really about holding a space for someone’s pain while, at the same time, seeing their highest potential. When you go into sympathy, you take on someone’s pain and suffering.

If you come to every client, no matter how horrific their story, if you come to every person from the point of view of seeing and holding their highest potential, inside whatever suffering they’re going through, you’ll see their whole self. You do not see them as fractured and wounded but at their highest potential, and if you hold that space, you will not take on the wounded persona. Does that make sense?

Yeah, completely and beautifully said. How did you come up with the title of your book?

The term LifeQuake came to me, then the seven stages of the model came to me, because what I was looking for was a word that would describe something that happens–that looks on the outside. This is what every stage of the book is about. What are the things that appear to be from the outside perspective and what’s really going on? Life quake is the soul waking up to the next level of its evolution.

It can look like a crisis. It can look like chaos on the outside. But what’s really happening is rebirth. When a woman is pregnant—if you didn’t know you were pregnant, and you were throwing up and tired all the time, your stomach was getting swollen and big, and you had contractions, whatever—you’ll think you were dying, right?

Depending on how much resistance we have, how much the ego resists that change really informs how severe the chaos has to be in many ways.

You would think something was seriously wrong with you. Yet there is a being growing inside of all that chaos you’re experiencing. The same thing is true with a spiritual pregnancy, same thing. We have to go through this kind of emergence of the soul to its next level of consciousness. Depending on how much resistance we have, how much the ego resists that change really informs how severe the chaos has to be in many ways.

Without going into the depth of it, of course, can you take us through the steps briefly?

I can take you through some of the stages, sure. But, if you read the book, you’ll get the depth of each stage with the tool.

Yes, for sure.

The first stage is boredom. It’s a kind of boredom that’s not chronic boredom. It comes from something you’ve outgrown. It’s that feeling of, “I just know not what. I can’t put my finger on what is just not right anymore in my life.” So what a lot of people do is they quell the boredom. They quell that boredom by eating a little more, drinking a little more, or surfing the net more to distract themselves from that feeling instead of sitting with it.

We do everything we can to run away from that pain, from boredom, or anything. I noticed just lately how much I’m doing it because I’m at that stage in the deep work, and I’m looking into my trauma, my pain, and things that were not handled for years and years or I thought were gone, or shoved them under the rug. For me, it’s interesting what you said about this chaos period, because I feel like I’m going through that.

I’m finding the gift in that. I definitely see the gift in it because if I didn’t go through all that, I would never take the time to look for healing and be forced to just stick with what is, which is the hardest thing. This world is so fast, and there are so many distractions and things that you can just shift into instead of just, let’s be here with myself, go, and stay with it. I bet everybody listening right now has experienced that boredom.

Yeah, so it’s a transition emotion. On the emotional tone scale, boredom is in the middle, right here at the midpoint. Despair is at the very lowest point of the emotional tone scale, and ecstasy is at the very highest point of the emotional tone scale. Boredom is right in the middle. If you actually start to take action and be in the inquiry of, for example, “I’m no longer enjoying my job. What is interesting to me? Where do I find where my energy goes?”

When an organism has reached the highest level in which it can perform, it disintegrates into chaos and disorganization so that it can then reorganize into a higher form. Share on X

Now, as opposed to any other time, just noticing and collecting information, keeping a record of what you are finding, and being curious about now, if you keep a list of that, you’ll start to move the energy up. But, on the other hand, if you do nothing and instead you use addiction, and subtle forms of addiction, at this point, what ends up happening is in stage two, you start to become depressed.

That depression actually is coming out of the soul, pulling you away from the life you had that’s no longer viable. It’s a death process. It’s the beginning of old life dying. There’s an enhancement from boredom to depression that takes place. It becomes hard sometimes to get up in the morning and go to that job or whatever. That’s why that first stage is so critical.

If you start gathering data and embracing death, we don’t have a place in our culture for death. We make death bad. We make growing old bad and something to fear. But if you embrace death, “Okay, this part of my life is no longer viable for me to be doing this in this way. I’m just going to wait. I’m going to stay quiet. I’m going to listen. I’m going to pay attention. I’m going to observe just what needs to be released because this is a stage of releasing and beginning to release an old life. What is it that I’m dying to do?”

When you deny that your life is changing dramatically, you will go through your transition the hard way. It doesn’t have to be that way though. Share on X

Stage three is the radical separate stage. That’s when people turn in their resignation or end a marriage—whatever it might be, that creates radical severance from the old life. That leads to stage four, which is that in between, what I call the cosmic barbecue. This is when you’re not supposed to just jump into a new life. The old life is gone, but it’s about being in that uncertainty.

That’s the hardest part. I feel that in between the journey—the stagnation.

It is. But if you don’t have time to go in and look at the shadow to ask how I have limited myself in my life, what fears have I had that stopped me from living a full life. Stage five, it’s the beginning of apprenticing into your new life. If you jumped into stage five without first examining what didn’t work about how I did my life before, you’re going to try to recreate the old life. Find somebody, relationship-wise, so you’re not alone and don’t have to feel lonely. Get a job just so that you have financial security, whatever it is.

Suppose you jump too quickly into trying to create a new form, and you don’t take the time to let yourself peel back the layers of false identities, what you identified within this outer world and be willing to stay with yourself, stay with those feelings, mourn the old life, grieve that old life and begin to notice. What is it that wants to show itself now? What is it that wants to emerge now?

Your new mission in life begins when you listen to your soul.

Toward the end of stage four, if you take that time, if you’re still enough, and continue to gather data, what excites me now? Or what is it that I’m finding myself drawn to now? It may not even be exciting. It may just be what you’re curious about. If you do that work, you will start to receive what is called a calling. At the end of stage four, your new mission in life begins when you listen to your soul.

It’s beautiful. For the rest, I have to get the book. Well, it sounds amazing. I’m having a good time here listening to everything that you’re sharing. I feel your light and the multi-dimensional and the fullness of who you are. It’s pretty awesome. I can totally see your light, and it’s beautiful.

Thank you.

Before we say goodbye for now, what are your three top tips for living a stellar life?

Well, the word stellar, because I’m an astrologer also, resonates for me in terms of, I would say astrology saved my life. Paying attention to the planets, the moon, for example, starting things between the new moon and the full moon is just like the farmer’s almanac suggests that, when planting things into the earth, it’s the same thing.

Recessions can happen because it's part of the cycle. If you don't get sucked into fear, you are more capable of creating opportunities for greater wealth. Share on X

When we start things between the new moon and the full moon, which we are in right now, things tend to grow more easily. Astrology can be a great gift, which is why I created it for those who can’t afford to work with me on a personal level, this tribe for $35 a month, and a person can join and do a live activation with me once a month on the new moon. Everyone gets an opportunity to put into this very powerful quantum field that I build, their intention for the month and people have had miracles. That’s why I call it the LifeQuake Miracles Tribe.

Oh, wow. What kind of miracle?

One woman moved from California to Toronto, where her husband’s family lives. She couldn’t get pregnant. Miranda was really interesting. In Marin County, where she was and is an acupuncturist. When they moved to Toronto, she got pregnant pretty quickly, number one. She also has a toddler. There is somebody with a rather quiet demeanor, a Chinese-American who started to get this kind of thing through their LifeQuake Miracles Tribe and putting our intentions out around professional speaking.

Meditation can help still the mind in a time of great chaotic planetary transition.

Now she’s doing professional speaking, in addition to being an acupuncturist. That’s one example. The LifeQuake miracle tribe is an opportunity. That’s one way of really being able to manifest out of a group consciousness putting things into the world. The third thing is, I would say, meditation. I’ve believed that meditation can help still the mind in a time of great chaotic transition on the planet.

It helps you step back from that matrix and one that’s connected and lean back into your higher self for your sole purpose and be guided. Many of the things that we talked about will help by looking at synchronicities and tips from the dreams guiding you into your next transition. Finding a mentor, I would say, helps as well.

Yes, for sure. Amazing. Where can people find you and buy your books and join your tribe? What was the name of the tribe?

The LifeQuake Miracle. If you go to my website, drtonigalardi.com or lifequake.com, you can join the Miracles Tribe. The book can be either purchased in a downloadable form through my website, both of those websites, as well as Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Amazing. Dr. Toni, thank you so much for everything you shared.

Absolutely. You’re welcome.

Thank you, listener. Remember to look into astrology, meditate, find a mentor, and have a stellar life. This is Orion, ’till next time.

Your Checklist of Actions to Take

{✓}Don’t ignore subtle cues. These cues are trying to tell you it’s time for a change. Unfortunately, most people ignore them and self-medicate instead.

{✓}Keep a dream journal. Put intention behind keeping a journal by your bed. When you wake up in the morning, remember your dreams and write. This will allow you to know your next step in life.

{✓}Pay attention to messages from the universe. For example, you may receive messages through synchronicities that use other people or animals. These messages will allow you to make the right decisions in your life.

{✓}Practice meditation. Meditation will allow you to drop into your inner self. Learn to develop the mind-muscle of the observer self.

{✓}Get into the habit of mindfulness. Drop out of the chaos around you. Listen to what the higher self is trying to tell you.

{✓}Let go of attachments. When you stop trying to grasp, own, and control the world around you, you give it the freedom to fulfill you without the power to destroy you. Letting go is letting happiness in.

{✓}Be empathetic. Empathy is not taking on people’s pain. It’s about holding a space for someone’s pain and, at the same time, seeing their highest potential.

{✓}Learn to embrace death. Death is not bad. There is always a part of your life that needs to die so that new life begins. Pay attention to things in your life that need to be released.

{✓}Nourish your mind and body by consuming only what’s right for you, whether it’s food, thoughts, information, or the people you associate with.
