1. Visualize what you want to achieve, but don’t stop there. You have to take the actions necessary to achieve that vision in your mind.

2. Act as if you are already the way you want to be. This is a method for changing from the outside in to push through and change your self perception.

3. Focus your attention on the path that you need to focus on while not becoming distracted by unimportant things.
