5 Simple Ways to Own and Unleash Your Feminine Power

Being a modern woman can be stressful. These days, we are constantly told to achieve and “be” more and encouraged into thinking we can “have it all”. And while most of these messages are meant to signify empowerment, they often end up overwhelming.

When you’re constantly told that you can be the boss, you can do anything you set your heart to and pave your way in a “man’s world,” it’s inevitable that your feminine energy gets diminished.

The majority of what I teach my clients involves the balance between a woman’s masculine and feminine energy. Everyone, even men, is born with both types of temperament. Sometimes, if we keep suppressing our feminine energy because certain circumstances force us to set our soft, nurturing temperament aside, it may affect how we see and treat ourselves one way or the other.

I believe that every woman has the right to feel good and look good. And one of my guests on Stellar Life, Pamela Reaves, would agree. In my interview with her, Pamela shares some great advice on being confident about who you are and how you look. I’m sure the interview will leave you feeling pride in all the amazing things us women are capable of accomplishing!

Here are some simple key points on how to own your feminine power.

  1. Practice correcting your posture. A simple change in posture can instantly improve your mood. If you notice yourself slouching, straighten your back, level your head properly above your shoulders, and keep your chin up.
  2. Find your tribe. Successful people are backed by friends, loved ones, and a community that supports and uplifts them. If you feel like your inner circle isn’t helping you become who you want to be, find people who will. Everyone gets by with a little help from their friends.
  3. Discover what excites you. Keep exploring your interests by not being afraid of trying new things. You’ll never know unless you try. Don’t be scared to get out of your comfort zone once in a while. You’ll be surprised at how much you’re capable of when you say yes to what life has to offer.
  4. Cultivate a creative outlet. Find some time to pursue your artistic interests. Art is an excellent form of self-expression, which is great for nurturing your feminine energy. Whether it’s dancing, painting, crafting, or baking, let these hobbies give you peace and solace.
  5. Prioritize self-care. You cannot pour from an empty cup. Women are naturally nurturing, so we tend to take care of others first before taking care of ourselves. It’s difficult to make other people feel happy and taken care of when we aren’t 100%. So treat yourself. But more importantly, love yourself. Self-care is not all about the shopping and pampering you deserve. It’s also about making sure you are healthy overall.

So there you have it—a few simple ways to own your feminine energy. Don’t forget to tune in to Pamela Reaves’ uplifting episode. We talk about ways to boost your confidence, boost your style, and bring out your inner diva.
