About Today’s Show
Hi Caroline, how are you?
I am great, it is so nice to be here with you.
It is so nice to be here with you. We’ve met a few times in the past, and it’s always a pleasure. We just saw each other two months ago.
Yeah, November.
We had a great dinner together; it’s so nice to see you. We’re going to go into your company, see what you’re selling, and all the good things that you do in the world. Before we begin, could you share a little bit about who you are and what you love to do?
What I love to do most is play music. I’m actually a musician, a singer-songwriter, and I love to play music with other people. My most joyful moment is sharing music with people and creating music together. That’s what I love to do most. I’ve had a really interesting journey in my life. I started out as a choreographer and a modern dancer. To fund that career, I ended up being a carpenter and woodworker and running a construction company.

I moved on from there into technology, just really at the beginning of the internet and developing websites when companies didn’t have websites and helping businesses integrate this new technology. I’ve been working in environments where there was a lot of creativity needed, where there was translation of language needed, and where there was a need to just believe that I could do whatever I wanted to do in life. For some reason, I was born with that gene.
Wherever I went, I was like, “Oh, that interests me.” I just delved deeply into it. I ended up in a very, very large corporate career. I’m running large technical projects, and I burned out of that. That’s when I was first introduced to minerals, and they were what helped me get well. As a result of getting well, I ended up just researching so much and having these incredible aha moments that made me realize that no one was talking about this foundational stuff. I just ended up with this mission to bring that message to the world.
What happened that made you sick, and what was the healing process like?
As a child, I had an autoimmune condition. I had intense gluten intolerance. Of course, when I was a kid, nobody was talking about that, but I had major gut problems. As I grew up, I had lots of painful periods. I ended up having a really hard time having children or getting pregnant. Fertility issues. As I hit perimenopause after having children, I ended up with just gut inflammation that wouldn’t go away, even after being gluten-free for years and years. I had bad inflammation in my mouth with bone loss in my teeth and bad periodontal disease. I also had a mold exposure event, a very intense mold exposure event in my life.
I had the symptoms of mycotoxin toxicity in my body, with recurring sinus infections, and I really had so many headaches. I also didn’t sleep at night. I was an insomniac all my life. At that point, when I was in my 40s, I woke up three, four, five times a night. I was in really bad shape, and I had gone to so many doctors and practitioners. Literally, you name it, I’ve done it.
You know the best of the best, absolutely. Like, I know who you’re hanging out with, so absolutely.
The interesting thing about these plant-based minerals is that they have all of the minerals your body needs already pre-formulated by nature in the natural ratios that your body needs. Share on XThe interesting thing is that out of all of those people, no one mentioned minerals to me. No one said, “You might be mineral deficient,” until I met my partner.
What happened?
What happened was he gave me this little cup of liquid, and it tasted like water. I was like, “Really, this? Okay, sure. It’s easy. I’ll take it.” Surprisingly, I woke up every morning, and my body said to me, “I want my minerals.” Most supplements and different things that I took, I had to really make myself do those protocols in those regimes. I didn’t enjoy them, but this one, my body craved. I took it every day. After two months, I went to my dentist. I had to get my teeth cleaned like five times a year because of my periodontal problems. The dentist looked at my mouth, and she was really surprised. She’s like, “The tissues are pink and healthy. After two months, what is going on here? What have you done?” At the time, I couldn’t even think of what it was.
But I said, “I think maybe it’s these minerals. I don’t know.” She’s like, “Just keep taking them.” Four months in, I went to have my adrenal test. That’s the other thing that I didn’t mention: I had had flatlined adrenals for over a year. I’d worked with three different practitioners. The most recent one, we tried all sorts of different kinds of tinctures, pills, and you name it. At my last appointment, she had given me a prescription for hydrocortisone because she’s like, “We just need to come start the system.” I didn’t fill that prescription, but my adrenals at that time, four months in, were one-third of the way up the chart. This was very, very exciting to me.

Over the space of eight or nine months, Orion, all of the symptoms that I mentioned just resolved. I started feeling incredibly good. I started sleeping through the night. My anxiety because of all of these symptoms lowered. It was like a complete reset in my life. If one or two things had changed, I probably wouldn’t have done the research, but when you take a small one-ounce cup of liquid every day, and then it changes all these things you’ve been working for years to try and affect, it just made me extremely curious.
It’s amazing. What’s the difference between that magical cup of liquid and the pills you get in natural stores or places like that?
The big difference is that the liquid that I was taking and still take every day today is Mother Nature’s mineral replenishment technology. In the studies that I did, I realized that every cell in your body, and you’ve got like 37 trillion cells minimum in an adult, and each one of the cells requires minerals to function, and they all have to come from the outside. Now that’s the same with all cellular life on the planet.
All cellular life requires minerals to function. Nature had to solve that problem, and it’s not just maybe one or two minerals. It’s like a whole bunch, 18 to 22, depending on who you’re speaking with. There had to be a method for getting those into the body. That’s what my friend introduced me to. They’re called plant-based minerals.
All cellular life requires minerals to function.
Usually, when we think about minerals, we think about Himalayan pink salt. How did you discover plants? What’s the difference?
There’s actually a really big difference. I’ve spent a lot of time in the health food stores and grocery stores talking to people who are in the aisle where all the bottles of minerals are. They’re looking for magnesium, potassium, chromium, selenium, zinc or calcium. They’re looking for electrolytes. I talked to them about, “How do you know you need this? How much do you think you need?” Most people don’t know anything. I completely understand why, because nobody has talked to them about how minerals work in the body, how replenishment works.
It’s more like you see a doctor or a TikToker on a little real shorts and they’re like, “You know what, this is amazing. You should take it. Best supplement ever.” You’re like, “Wow, I really need selenium. Let me just buy it just in case.”
It ends up in what I call the supplement graveyard, which is that cupboard that we all have at home filled with pills.
I have a box. We’ve been into biohacking for years now. I always find tons of supplements that I bought and never used, never even opened, because I’m looking at them and something in my body says, “You don’t really need it. Don’t take it.”
Sometimes you try them for a few weeks or maybe even try them for a week, and you feel like, “My gut doesn’t like this. Like, I don’t feel good.” You take a while, and you don’t even notice any difference. You’re like, “Well, wait, why do I want to have all these pills in my daily routine?” They end up in the cupboard or in the box.
When you follow minerals down to the quantum level, they're like waves that hold all the vibration in the same way that they are the structure of the universe. Share on XI think the box is for me.
Multiple boxes, multiple cupboards, or drawers for lots of people. Why is it? One of the things that I want people to begin to shift their thinking about is that your body is not like a car. It’s not something where you can go and fill up this magnesium tank or the selenium tank, or we go to the gas station, we check the oil, we fill up the window washer fluid, we put gas in the tank, but your body is completely not like that at all. It’s a natural ecosystem, and natural ecosystems like things to come into them in balanced ways.
Particularly when it comes to minerals, because minerals work together, if you just take selenium, all you’re doing is creating a concentration of selenium in your gut, and your body goes, “Okay, I’m going to have to figure out what to do with all this selenium.” The fact is, not even very much of it ever gets digested. Minerals have to get broken down in your gut all the way down to their chemical ionic components. They have to be absorbed into your bloodstream through the lining of your gut.
They have to be assimilated into your cells. Three stages: digestion, absorption, and assimilation. All three have to be completed. Only a very small percentage of that ever reaches your cell, 10% or less. All the rest gets eliminated, which is actually when you’re taking a whole bunch of different things; it’s creating a lot of work for your body, as it’s having to eliminate while you’re really trying to uptake. It’s really the whole concept of being able to go to the grocery store, the health food store and buy selenium and calcium and potassium and magnesium and chromium and zinc and take all these pills.
Replenishment is the process of understanding how substances enter your body and providing them in a way the body can easily access and utilize, in a balanced way.
It’s just a misunderstanding. It’s just a simple misunderstanding of how replenishment, that’s called supplementation. Supplementation is like going to the gas station. It’s going to fill up the tanks. Replenishment is a process of understanding how things get into your body and providing them in a way that the body can access and utilize them extremely easily and in balanced ways. It has what it needs, when it needs it, where it needs it, and how it needs it 24/7. It’s a completely different paradigm.
Do you think supplement companies that are selling all the different components—no, they shouldn’t do it, or they don’t know either, and they think this is the best thing for their customers?
I want to be really clear, I’m specifically speaking about minerals. There are lots of different supplements and other things people use, and I’m not an expert in them. I want to be really clear. I’m talking about minerals. Most minerals that you get in a pill or capsule form are made from rocks, shells, and bones. Your digestive tract really doesn’t break those down very well.
Now there are other forms of minerals, like nano-ice minerals. Those are questionable for lots of reasons that would require a very in-depth conversation. There are salts, and salts are these salt-based thick pack electrolyte tools that people are using. The rocks, bones, and shells have very low bioavailability. The salt-based electrolytes have more bioavailability, but they actually create a problem in your gut.
Let’s go back to the concept of your body being an ecosystem. Like the earth, your digestive tract is like the rivers and lakes. It’s a freshwater system. Your bloodstream is like the ocean. It’s a saltwater system. You bring things into your freshwater system, into your gut microbiome, which includes all of that microbiota and microflora, all of which is all freshwater plant life and microorganisms. They thrive in freshwater. You wouldn’t take a freshwater fish and put it in saltwater; it would die, or if you take a whole bunch of salt and you feed it to your house plant, your house plant is not going to be happy because it’s a freshwater plant; so that’s the problem with the salt-based electrolytes.
The rocks, bones, and shells have very low bioavailability. The salt-based electrolytes have more bioavailability, but they actually create a problem in your gut.
They were really designed for emergency situations when someone is crashing. They were not designed to be used on a daily basis. Now, I know lots of companies are using them, and what’s happening is we have a huge rise in people using these flavored electrolyte drinks and stick packs they put in their drinks, and they take one to three, sometimes more per day, and their guts are trashed.
They’re also dehydrated because when you put a lot of salt into your gut, your body says, “I’ve got a lot of salt. I need to pull a whole bunch of water and urinate this out. I need to get rid of this.” Now, what are you doing? You’re dehydrating your system. You’re not hydrating. Hydration, as opposed to what I call irrigation. Irrigation is just putting water in and putting water out, letting it go through. Hydration is getting H2O into your cells. That is done in a much more effective way using plant-based minerals. These components are called humic and fulvic, and they come from decomposed plants, actually, freshwater plants.
How were they discovered?
That’s a good question. I don’t know who first discovered them. That would be an interesting thing for me to find out. Where do they come from? If you see a pond, and the water’s brown, that’s probably because freshwater plants have decomposed, and they’re in the decomposition process. They go through microbial degradation, which results in these two molecules called humic and fulvic. They color the water.
Now, in something like our products that we make, it comes from ancient decomposed plants. Imagine 65 million years ago, the Earth was covered with rainforests. It was a warm, humid climate, and a meteor hit the Yucatan, and it killed 75% of all life on Earth in a few hours. All of those rainforests around the earth died and decomposed. As they died and they went through that decomposition process, they delivered all of their mineral content into the earth in the form of these molecules, humic and fulvic. These humic substances exist around the world. In the Himalayas, there is shilajit, which is a tar-like substance that a lot of people use. In the British Isles, or something called pete, which is like a clumpy soil substance.
Do you recommend shilajit?
I think shilajit is a great substance to use. I’ll give you two things to think about if you’re going to use shilajit. One is that the West pays a lot for shilajit; you have to absolutely ensure the sourcing, because shilajit is very hard to harvest. They’ll take a small bit of shilajit and mix a whole bunch of other stuff into it to build it into a larger quantity. Make sure that what you’re actually taking is pure shilajit. In that case, you should only need a very, very small amount per day.

There are two things about humic. That tar-like dark substance is humic. Humic can create detox symptoms because it’s actually a very powerful detoxification agent for the body, which is fantastic. But for people like me who have autoimmune, mold exposure, or maybe Lyme’s disease, long COVID, these kinds of things can make the system very sensitive to detox symptoms. You just have to really make sure that you introduce it very slowly over a period of time so you don’t have those detox symptoms.
We’re taking BEAM Minerals. I’m taking it, my husband is taking it, my son is taking it. There is the clear liquid, and there is the dark liquid. What’s the difference between the two? I know that the dark one is probably more like the detoxification that you were talking about.
The dark one is the humic. The humic substance is a dark brown color. That’s why the liquid looks dark brown, though it tastes like water, basically, maybe a little alkaline water. But if you mix it in a glass of water, as I do here, it will just taste like water. The other one, which is called electrolyze, is the fulvic. Now, you can get lots of other benefits when you take shilajit, which has fulvic and humic in it, and we can talk a little bit later about the difference between these molecules and how they operate in your system.
When you put a lot of salt into your gut, you’re dehydrating your system.
But the great thing about fulvic is that fulvic does not cause detox symptoms for people. It’s not that it’s not a detoxification agent because it is an intercellular detoxification agent, but it doesn’t take things out of your body. Its main technology is being an intracellular transporter and enhancing nutrient uptake into a cell, as well as intracellular detoxification.
You can increase energy in your body really effectively and very quickly by taking an electrolyzed fulvic product because it enhances the uptake of all the nutrition that you take into your mouth, into your cells. What I really think is helpful here is helping people understand, like, “Why they should even care about this.” Because this was one of the biggest ahas for me in my process of learning.
I had been so ill, and just from adding minerals in this very bioavailable way to these liquids, I started to feel better, and all these symptoms resolved. How could that be? How could one little cup of liquid every day have so many effects on all these different symptom systems in my body? What we have to do is go down and look underneath all those systems, what we’ve been taught to think of our body as parts and pieces and systems. I’ve got a hormone problem, I go to hormone doc, I’ve got a thyroid problem, I go to thyroid doc, I’ve got a gut problem, I go to a gut doctor, I have a muscle problem, I go to, I don’t know, a bone problem, I go to an orthopedist, go, like a PT, all these different specialists.
But we’ve never been taught how our body works at the absolute foundational level. When I understood that, I was like, “Why has no one ever explained this to me?” If we go back to the body being a natural ecosystem of cells, like every cell in your body knows what it’s supposed to do. Your heart cell knows to be a heart cell. The cells in your eye know to be an eye cell. Everything knows what to do miraculously, but it has to be fueled. Your body, when it’s fully fueled with the mineral and amino acid content that’s required, can generate about 1200 watts of electricity every day.
Humic can create detox symptoms because it’s actually a very powerful detoxification agent for the body.
That’s enough to power your blender and your toaster in your kitchen. But we’re not plugged into a wall, so where does it come from? This is where it comes from: these energy-generating units that are inside your cell, called mitochondria. A lot of us have heard of the word mitochondria. But I’d like to explain it really simply in a way that people can remember and understand. Inside your cell, you have these mitochondria, sort of like if you were going to build a campfire.
If you’re going to build a campfire, you’re going to need some wood. You’re going to probably need some tinder, maybe some paper to get the fire started, and you’re going to need a match, some sort of way to get inside your cells, you have these mitochondria. The way I like to describe it is this. If you’re going to build a campfire, you’re going to need some wood, and you’re going to need some paper, something to light that to help that wood catch the flame.
You’re going to need a match, something to light the whole thing. The wood in that campfire is like minerals, and the paper is like amino acids. Now, your body makes many amino acids. It doesn’t make all of them. Some have to come from your food, but it does make quite a few. But the minerals, the wood, it all has to come from the outside. Now the match is like the mitochondria. It’s what allows your body to convert that fuel into energy. In the campfire, that’s a fire. In your body, that’s electricity.
But I want to get a sense of, have people understand the sense of scale. On the back of your hand, in a single cell, you might have 200 of these mitochondria. In your heart, in one single cell, maybe five to 8,000 mitochondria, and in your brain, in one single neuron, up to two million mitochondria. Each one of these mitochondria requires a whole set of different minerals, not just one or two, but a whole set of minerals to do this match lighting process to turn that fuel into energy. This is happening constantly, moment by moment.
Fulvic acid does not cause detox symptoms for people. It’s an intracellular detoxification agent that supports cellular waste removal without removing toxins systemically from your body.
Just constant tiny units of energy are being generated, called ATP. That’s what drives all of that; that’s what drives your body. At the most fundamental level, if you don’t have enough minerals in your body, you’re not able to generate that 1200 Watts of energy that your body needs to fuel all of the processes, all the autonomic processes that are happening in the background, the things that allow me to talk, to think, to move my hands, to be present with you.
Probably 90% of people are deficient. It sounds like it. Because if we’re only taking separate supplements that are taking us off balance, and we don’t have that formula to have everything we need in a gentle balance that doesn’t hurt our gut, then we have a problem.
We’re not getting enough minerals from our food, and that’s the biggest problem; we may understand that the soil is depleted. The reason is that when a plant grows in the soil, the way it creates all of its structure is by pulling minerals from the soil. The roots absorb the minerals, and they use those minerals for energy production and for structure, whether it’s a tiny pea shoot or a huge California redwood tree. All of the structure, in fact, if you look around the room, all of the structure or if you’re outside taking a walk, or you’re in your car, all of the structure in the universe is minerals. All of the structure is minerals.
It makes sense to get them plant-based because the plants absorb all the minerals. If you have plants, it just makes sense what you’re saying about, because those plants, as you said, “Absorbed it for millions of years.” That’s incredible. How do you even create a business like that? How do you even decide, like, from a singer to tech to this?
Orion, at one point, after doing all this research, my business partner was working with someone else who had an essential oil company, and he had these minerals that were kind of a little bit on the side; he talked to people about them. I went to him, and I said, “It’s the minerals.” Like the minerals are what can help everybody. If we can support people at this, help them learn how to easily get all the minerals they need into their bodies without a host of pills, powders, electrolyte drinks, etc. If we can actually get all the minerals into people so they start being able to produce close to that 1200 Watts of energy, think what’s gonna be possible in the world.
The other thing, just Orion, because I know who you are and what your interest on the energetic and spiritual side is, minerals, they carry the vibration. When you follow minerals down to the quantum level, they’re just waves. I say minerals, like the physical minerals, are the place where a wave turns into a particle. They hold all the vibration in the same way that they are the structure of the universe. They are also holding the vibration. At one point, I heard that if we can get more minerals into humans, we will start resonating with Earth, and we will start taking care of one another and the Earth in a more resonant way.

How about the way that Wi-Fi and stress and all those molds, all those things, they affect our cells, they affect our mitochondria and our ATP production. How does taking those minerals balance all that in regard to Wi-Fi, mold, stress, all that?
The interesting thing is that fulvic and humic acids have some amazing properties. I want to talk about them because I see that in nature, there have always been, first of all, chemicals, concentrations of chemicals that were non-beneficial to cellular life. For cellular life to have thrived on our planet, nature had to develop ways to make cellular life strong enough to withstand, detox, work with or adapt to the environment. EMFs are another piece that I’m not an expert on. I think we should leave that out of the conversation, not because I don’t think that supporting your body with minerals can. I do think that supporting your body with mineral full-spectrum mineral replenishment can make your system stronger relative to EMFs, but I’m not an expert in that field. I’ll leave that to the expert.
Well, think because of the way you described it as a wave, and EMF is a wave, so maybe it’s counterbalancing. It would be interesting to actually see research around that and what it does to people’s bodies. I’m sure it’s got some extra layer of protection.
Well, what we do know is that if you’ve heard of PEMF, PEMF is a vibrational therapy that’s used to counteract and create positive resonance in the body. What we know about PEMF is that when people have very low mineral levels, they don’t experience the effects of PEMF. It’s an interesting thing that we have to really delve into. I just haven’t gotten there yet. It’s a very interesting subject, though. But these two molecules, humic and fulvic, are really a technology. And they are different than any other molecules on Earth.
Minerals are extremely important for kids, as they fuel tissue and cognitive development. Share on XLet’s start with fulvic because it has the ability that no other molecule can. It can change its polarity. Most molecules have a negative charge or a positive charge. Fulvic can actually change its charge from negative to positive or positive to negative. When you talk to the scientists and study it, they have no idea how it does it. When you follow it down, you end up in quantum physics with the Higgs boson and all sorts of quantum singularity talk, and it’s very complex.
But the cool thing about this ability to change its polarity is that it acts like a magnet gathering things. When it changes its polarity, those things that are attached to it, like they would be attached to a magnet, fall off. Just like if you turned off a magnet, and the things just fell off the magnet.
That’s what happens in your system. It does it in a really cool way. It gathers nutrients in your bloodstream, such as minerals and other nutritional elements, and your cells recognize it. If a channel opens in your cell membrane, the fulvic acid goes straight through into the cell. Once it’s inside the cell, it changes its polarity and drops those nutritional elements inside the cell.
Now all the mitochondria in there have what they need, when they need it, how they need it. They’ve got all of the minerals in the proper ratios delivered. Now it travels around the cell, picking up bio-waste, toxins, heavy metals, nanoplastics, free radicals, and all sorts of other things that are inside the cell. The channel opens in the cell membrane, it carries it out of the cell, and then it drops those things into the bloodstream.
Every natural ecosystem in your body is always trying to create this balance.
It’s just constantly going in and out of the cell, being a delivery system for beneficial things in and other things out of the cell, constantly. This is the way ecosystems work. Ecosystems constantly work to maintain balance. That’s what they’re always doing. Every natural ecosystem, everywhere in your body, outside of your body, forests and oceans, everywhere. They’re always trying to create this balance. That’s how things move. There’s a concentration over here. These things will move over to the other location to try to balance that concentration. That’s what Fulvic’s job is.
The fulvic gets into the cell, makes the mitochondria super happy, and takes all the bad guys out. I know that, usually, when you detoxify and you need a binder, does it bind the toxins so we can eliminate them?
That’s where the humic comes in. The dark substance is called humic. Humic is a really large molecule. If you think of your fist as a humic molecule, your cell might be the size of the head of a pin. This is the relationship: humic molecules, large molecules, hang out in your bloodstream and gut, and they just travel around; they’re incredible binders. It’s a type of molecule they call ‘supramolecular’, which means that it can change its shape. It’s got all these different things; it’s got a very porous surface area. Parts of its surface are positively charged. Parts of its surface are negatively charged. It can pick up both negatively charged and positively charged particles or ions in your body.
It’s literally hanging out in your bloodstream. I call it Mother Nature’s janitor because it just hangs out and picks up bio waste, toxins, heavy metals, nanoplastics, free radicals, what we call zombie cells or senescent cells, cells that have died, and they can cause a lot of oxidative stress in your body and other substances. It will just bind to its molecule; in some cases, completely sequester it by changing its shape to form a film over it.
At a certain point, this molecule gets very heavy, and it falls out of solution and leaves your body through all of the elimination channels. That’s a really cool thing because it doesn’t rely on only the liver and the kidneys. It will exit through your tears, your snot, your sweat, your saliva, your earwax, like every elimination on the body.
That’s amazing. How does it know how to take the bad parts out and leave the good parts? Because when you take a regular binder, it just takes everything out. That’s why you need to take it separately from medication and be mindful when you take it, how you take it and how much you take it.
Zombie cells, or senescent cells, can cause significant oxidative stress in your body and other tissues.
This is something that’s also being studied because humic, it seems to be adaptogenic, and what they have observed is that, let’s say you put it into a concentration of magnesium, it will bind the magnesium until that system reaches homeostasis, balance, and then it will stop binding the magnesium. It’s a balancing agent. It’s going to gather those things until it reaches a balance. I’m not sure how it would recognize something like glyphosate. The main thing that we do know and the reason it works for heavy metals and for nanoplastics, and I imagine for glyphosate as well, is that it’s like a magnet. It’s actually got heavy metals in its molecule, but the heavy metals that are in the molecule don’t have any valence or ability to come free. They are completely bound electrically in the molecule. Those heavy metals act like a magnet.
Many years ago, I had a heavy metal toxicity expert contact me, and she said, “Your micro boost is the first product that I’ve used that’s been able to move the dial on lead toxicity and mercury toxicity in my patients.” I call it a magnetic personality. It is just constantly gently grabbing these things and taking them out, grabbing these things and taking them out. It’s an extremely powerful key later.
It’s being studied around the world for both its intercellular delivery capacity and its ability to chelate and remove things from and bind and remove toxic substances, including mycotoxins, endotoxins, lead, mercury, other heavy metals, gadolinium, as well as things like spike proteins left over from the from the from the vaccine graphene oxide, things like that.
That’s incredible. Talking to you makes me want to go and just jog a whole bottle of BEAM Minerals. But I want to know, how much is too much? Can we take too much? What are the dosages for kids? From what age can kids take it? What about pregnant women as well?
First of all, we never use the word ‘dosage.’ Dosage is related to whether you have a concentrated mineral or any kind of supplement tool that’s a concentrate. When you put it in your system, you definitely don’t want to take too much. If you take too much magnesium, you’ll get diarrhea, for example. You have to have a dosage associated with this.
When you start taking a supplement, you’re gonna change your relationship with your body, rather than trying to impact it. You're going to have a very caring and loving dialogue with it. Share on XThe interesting thing about these plant-based minerals is that they have all of the minerals your body needs already pre-formulated by nature in the natural ratios that your body needs. You can take more. Let’s say you’re a performance athlete and you use your body really intensively. You’re using so many more ATPs. I don’t know, actually, maybe you are a performance athlete. I shouldn’t say that.
I used to be in shape. You know what? I went to the gym today. I’m so proud of myself. I went for 10 minutes, and I came back because that’s all I had. I wanted to create a new habit, and I’m gonna get myself to a place where I need way more minerals.
Our insulite spray is a great thing to bring to the gym. I also don’t love the gym. I do go and work with a trainer a few times a week, but I always bring this; they have the spray there now, because I told them they have to carry it. But before I work out, I go, and I spray it, and I breathe it in, and it shifts my whole energy much more into the workout, because it gives me a quick electrolyte influx, and it just feels really good. You can try that sometime.
I think I have it.
Relative to how much people should take or not take, the standard amount for a normal person is half an ounce of our humic product. That’s called microboost. Half an ounce of electrolyze, that’s the Fulvic product. Just half an ounce each day. I usually throw them into a glass of water and drink them that way. But you can do it however you want. Some people take electrolytes, the fulvic product.
You can mix them into the water. Sometimes, people take electrolytes in the morning separately to enhance nutrient uptake throughout the day. They’ll take a microboost at night because it supports all the detox events that occur while you’re asleep.
Again, in recovery, that’s happening while you’re asleep; you don’t have to do that. They are the simplest tools to use in your replenishment or in your biohacking or whatever you want, your health stack.
On the back of the bottle, there’s a little QR code, and we have a weight chart for kids. Kids can start using them as soon as they’re no longer breastfeeding. Minerals for kids are extremely important. They are fueling all tissue development and cognitive development. They’re incredibly helpful, especially for kids who are doing sports.
Get a full-spectrum humic and fulvic mineral supplement into your body so it can produce 1200 watts.
There’s a huge rise in sports energies, which I posit is because of the mineral depression that kids are experiencing. Now, I know your little guy eats incredibly well, but not all kids do. Especially very, very picky eaters struggle to get all the nutritional elements that you need. They taste like water; we’ve never really had a kid have a problem with taking them. We had one who struggled because of the color of the dark one. But they just put it in a clear water bottle, and it was no problem.
What about pregnant women? I guess it’s the same.
Yeah, and also, postpartum, it is incredibly important for the mother because when that fetus grows inside a mother, all of its structure comes from taking minerals from the mother’s body. That’s why one of the reasons I ended up in such depletion after having children is that I was already in depletion, and then I had two babies, and I could never get back to a positive health status because my body was so depleted.
Wow. Well, Caroline, you are so fascinating. You’re a wonderful woman and friend, but also so smart and fascinating. We can talk about it forever, but I want to be respectful of your time. Before we say goodbye, right now, what are your three top tips to live a stellar life, and where can people find you?
My first tip, of course, is to get a full-spectrum humic and fulvic mineral supplement into your body so that your body can produce the 1200 watts. Just imagine if you’re right now your body’s only able to produce 800 watts, what would happen if you could add one-third more energy to your life? Think about what might be possible. That’s the first thing.
The second thing is to shift one’s thinking about the body, instead of being like a car with all these parts and pieces you’re gonna try and fix or affect, to think about it holistically as a natural ecosystem. Anything that you’re gonna put into your body, think, “How would my houseplant feel if I put this on my houseplant?”
Maybe the first time you start taking a supplement, you’re no longer gonna take the whole amount that’s recommended on the bottle. Maybe you’re gonna take one eighth of that and put it into your ecosystem and go, how does my ecosystem feel with that? You’re gonna change your relationship with your body rather than trying to impact it. You’re going to have a relationship with it and have it be a dialogue, a very caring and loving dialogue with the body.
Well, thank you. Where can people find you, get the products, learn more about them, and contact you?
Well, the first thing I’d love to let people know is that I have a book coming out called The Mineral Reset, published by Hay House this spring. If people want to learn more, they can go to MineralResetBook.com. It’s a great place to be if you pre-order the book, you’ll start getting immediately you’ll start getting information immediately, more detailed information about what I’m talking about. I’m going to start teaching segments of the book before it launches, etc. That’s one thing. MineralResetBook.com.
The next is that they could go to BEAM Minerals, and we always recommend the advanced set as a place to start. It includes the two products. Electrolyze and Microboost back there. You can’t see them. It’s a green bottle and a blue bottle. Just one half ounce of those each day. Those two bottles will last you for two months. It’s pretty, it’s an easy tool to use, and it’s not too expensive. That’s the big ones; those are the big places to go. They can also, of course, follow me on Instagram at @carolinealan.official.
Wonderful, and can they get it on Amazon, too, or is it only through the website?
We’re available on Amazon as well. Just look for beam minerals on Amazon. It’s a great place to go. And I think it’s only in the US that we also have in the UK and the EU, we have a couple of locations, two different portals, one for the UK and one for the EU, if people are in those locations. Just look for BEAM Minerals, and you’ll find those sites as well.
Wonderful. Well, thank you so much. I’d love to see you again. Thank you for sharing your wisdom, your knowledge, and your heart with us.
Orion, thank you so much for having me. It’s an absolute pleasure to see you and be with you always.
Thank you, listeners. Remember to get your full-spectrum minerals. Think about your body holistically as an ecosystem, and be caring and loving in listening to your body. And have a stellar life. This is Orion till next time.
