Mission #96

On Board: Lisa Lieberman-Wang
Mission: From Fine to Fab

The Co-Pilot:

We all present ourselves differently to the world. Sometimes I meet someone who seems like she has all of the answers and has created a perfect life for herself. Other times, I encounter people who think this way about me. Inside, though, we all have things that we struggle with. My own childhood was very painful, and still impacts how I relate to the world. My guest in this episode has a similar story and, as a result, created seven secrets to overcoming self-sabotage.

Lisa Lieberman-Wang is the founder of FINE to FAB and N.A.P. Coaching Academy. She’s an author who has been featured on TV to promote her coaching system, which helps release years of shame and blame through a custom therapy model. In our conversation, you’ll learn how her sometimes-difficult life journey led her to become the amazing woman she is today. She’ll talk about the importance of imperfection, why rejection isn’t personal, and how to get into a state of gratitude.
