All of us want the perfect body, right? It would be fantastic to be vibrantly healthy, toned and athletic. Of course, it can be difficult to turn this dream into reality. Getting in shape requires regular exercise and a healthy diet. Even though taking care of my body is one of my top priorities, it’s easy to feel lazy and unmotivated. If I know I should eat healthy, why do I end up eating frozen pizzas and other fatty foods? The problem lies in my motivation and value. We make good choices when we are motivated and value our bodies.

Rob Dionne joins me in this episode to inspire you to focus on health, fitness and nutrition. Rob has been featured in Men’s Health and on Wellness Force Radio. He’s also in the best shape of his life at 40-years-old! He’ll dig into what it means to be motivated and how to take care of yourself. We’ll also talk about why it’s so important to be true to yourself and how to align your values with your habits.
