About Today’s Show
Hey there, this is Mat Boggs. And welcome to your Stacking The Gratitude Meditation. This meditation is designed to raise your vibration, calm and ease stress, and amplify your feeling of gratitude.
So now I invite you to close your eyes and take a deep breath with me in through the nose. And exhale through the mouth. Feel your body relax. Imagine your mind opening like a funnel. And feel your heart open now.
Bring to mind the image of someone you love, a relationship that you hold dear. And see this person’s smiling face. See the love and light in their eyes. Bring this image right to the center of your heart and feel the gratitude you have for this relationship, for this person. Feel that gratitude expanding in you now.
Next, bring to mind something you’re grateful for regarding your health. It might be that you can use your arms or your legs, or that your heart is beating, or that your lungs are breathing. What are you grateful for in regards to your health right now? Bring this image of health gratitude right to the center of your heart. And stack it on top of the gratitude you have for the relationship. Feel that gratitude expand. Feel it increasing. Thank you for this health. Feel it expand and grow in you now.
Now bring to mind something in your home that you’re grateful for. It might be that you can turn a faucet and have running water, or hot water and cold water. It might be that you can flip a light switch and have a light in your home. Or you can turn a knob and have fire or heat to cook your food. What are you grateful for in your home now? Bring that image to mind. Now move it right to the center of your heart and feel it stacking on top of the relationship gratitude, on top of the health gratitude. Feel that gratitude in your heart expanding and growing and becoming more intensified now. Feel it swelling up in you, filling you up this beautiful warm feeling of gratitude. Thank you for this beautiful life.
Now bring to mind a sense you are grateful for, the ability to see, or to hear, or to taste, or to smell, or to touch. What sense are you grateful for right now? Bring that gratitude right to the center of your heart and feel that gratitude expanding and stacking on the other gratitude as they grow in you now. Thank you for this sense.
And lastly, bring in mind another relationship you love. See this person’s face. Their beautiful eyes, their wonderful smile. Bring the image of this relationship right to the center of your heart. Feel that relationship gratitude stacking on top of all the other gratitude as your heart swells with this warm, beautiful feeling of gratitude. Is this vibration now moving into every cell of your body, into every cell of your being? Radiate in this beautiful feeling of gratitude now. Feel yourself uplift and expand, feel your energy grow as you become energized by this feeling of gratitude. Thank you, life, for these wonderful blessings and for so much more. And so it is.
Take a deep breath in. Exhale and allow this feeling of gratitude to be with you and ride with you throughout your day. And when you’re ready, gently open your eyes. This is Mat Boggs and I want to thank you for joining me in stacking the gratitude and raising your vibration.
