About Today’s Show
Hi, Tara. Welcome to the Stellar Life podcast. Thank you so much for being here.
Thanks for having me.
Can you share a little bit about what you do and your mission?
I’m a healer. I do a lot of things under that umbrella, and basically, I’m known for solving problems that maybe other people haven’t had success with, specifically in medicine. I also do a lot in business, but I use my mediumship to see how to put things together and solve problems.
Were you always a healer, or how did it start?
I was intuitive. I was more like an old soul. I had this knowing, but as far as my spiritual sight, I know a lot of people have it when they’re younger, and then they develop it. I didn’t really get it until I was already married and had kids. And it came out during a time when I was actually struggling with my physical well-being. It really came out strong.
It takes a lot for anyone to change. No matter what area of career you’re in or how you’re changing, people don’t seem to embrace change all the time.
My background is in sports medicine. Still, it really came out in the energy side and the visions and how to strategically put things together, even with mental health, and see things differently. I’ve had a lot of success with what I’ve been doing and how I’ve been doing it. A lot of the problems that come to me are very avoidable. My goal is to really be able to teach the medical industry how to do things a bit differently and have more success with their patients.
What was your environment or surroundings’ reaction to being a healer all of a sudden?
That’s a great question. It takes a lot for anyone to change. No matter what area of career you’re in or how you’re changing, people don’t seem to embrace change all the time. I was raised Catholic and Jewish, so there was no real practice that I had. I was married at the time. I’m divorced now. Going from not being that spiritual to going to that wasn’t really embraced. I think it was around a large community of stay-at-home moms that weren’t. Maybe they were great with their families, but maybe they were not career-driven and didn’t understand. Not that they’re bad.
Everyone wants to say someone’s bad, or they wouldn’t just know people are on their own path. But I certainly went on a very different path. I got a lot of questions: “Are you sure?” Or, like, “What are you talking about?” Or if I said I wanted to do something, you’d see their face where they’re like, “Oh, well, that’s nice.” You get posed to, “Oh, my God, that’s fantastic. How can I help you?” Or, like, “Tell me about this and embrace it.” It’s been a very hard journey in recreating my world.
Wow. I just read something that said, “Just because you fit in doesn’t mean this is the right place for you.”
It’s so true. But it’s scary. What does that look like when people don’t know what they really are? I didn’t know it all. All I knew was that—
Something happened, and all of a sudden…
Ego has a lot to do with how people teach you or how people react to you and this judgment of what you’re supposed to be.
Something happened. This light bulb went off. And all of a sudden, everything made sense, but not with what I was living, not the life I was living, but not doing that anymore. So I had to take steps. I’m really lucky I found some amazing people in the process, too. You need a team. So I had shamans and other healers who were non-ego-based, I’ll say.
Because I feel like ego has a lot to do with how people teach you or how people react to you and this judgment of what we’re supposed to be or look like. If you step outside that, somehow, it’s not okay. So that really was amazing for me.
I feel like I had some kind of spiritual connection my whole life. But after I had my son, something came up that definitely heightened my senses. I used to be extremely courageous. Now I’m way more sensitive and fearful, but also, with the tapping into different dimensions, the work I do with people, the things that I see now, animal communication, lots of things, like psychic visions, just start to come to me in a very strong way. And I understand what you’re saying, where you’re going through this transformation. No, maybe I was abducted by aliens in the middle of the night. I didn’t know that. Just kidding.
Anything could happen.
You go through this transformation, and now what? How do you find your tribe? How do you find where you belong? Or if you’re going to new environments, how can you represent yourself in a way where people accept you?
Well, first of all, with yours, when it started to happen, were you scared, or was it something you could embrace or be excited about?
I was excited about it because it didn’t happen at once. It was gradual. It’s over time. Now, I’m at a place where I’m looking back, and I can see how much happened, but it didn’t happen at once. So it wasn’t a very scary thing.
It wasn’t overwhelming. I think mine did. Mine came out a lot at once, and there was a lot of vision that was not pleasant, that I really wanted to push away and not have a part of it. And in that process, I went to another specialist because I didn’t really understand. People talk about energy, but what is it? How does that work? And he’s like, “We were all born with energy, but I can channel a lot of energy, but because I’m not choosing to use it, which is like meditation readings, really tapping into your spirituality, it’s combusting, and it’s slowly killing you.”
That made a lot of sense because I was going through so much medically, and nothing was getting, and I was doing the right things. That’s when I started tapping into the energy part. I always embrace anything fearful. Whenever something becomes fearful, I don’t want something to ever dominate me. It’s like if you can’t swim, learn to swim. It’s not like I avoid the water. I just found people who were really good at the darker stuff that I was seeing and wrote books about it, and I would start to train with them because I wanted to not be scared of anything that came my way.
Wait, you’ve been seeing dark things?
When I first came out, it was very, very dark. I was terrified. When it first started to come out, it was horrible.
Can you be more specific? What was it like?
I always embrace anything fearful. I don’t want something to dominate me whenever something becomes fearful.
Yes, I’ll go specific, but I will say a lot of people do go through this, but then they’re diagnosed with some sort of mental illness or some chronic thing. First of all, the feeling. All of a sudden, you’re in a fine mood, and then that people feel anxiety, like, there’s an elephant on your chest, but it’s scary. You literally feel like someone’s attacking you. You literally feel like you’re not safe. You’re not okay. You might see something dark go by. You just don’t feel alone.
I struggled. It came out so fast that someone very irresponsible that I went to, who was a healer, to help me opened the door, but it’s like opening a closet and just pouring everything out at one time at you, and you’re like, “Oh, my God, I can’t handle all this.” I had struggled even taking a shower by myself. I remember telling my husband to come upstairs. I was terrified. As I peeled through these things, I met with shamans. They started to almost like a cleaning. You get rid of dust or clean up your cabinets, where they start to pull away.
I realized that you think energy is nothing, but I realized it matters. Energy is matter; it is changeable. You can morph it, and you can transmute it. That was a huge lesson for me and how to protect myself. In that process, I would see stories. What I was seeing was a lot of the generational stories of my parents. Like, my dad’s family coming over from Russia and the Nazis and my mom and her family from Italy and the war and all these things that happened. All of it was coming out at one time.
I learned through my studies that I can really be in charge of what I choose to see, that it wasn’t like, “Oh, I have to see it and use it.” I started being very specific in what I was, my intentions, my vision, and where I would shut it down. I will only see what’s in my highest and best good or my client’s highest and best good. I don’t need to see anything scary. I need to see things that will help people grow and help people change. I started being in charge and taking charge of what energies were coming, which was a complete game changer. Everything in my life changed after that.
Yes, and there is something about your field. We met at the Maverick1000 event, and it was very, very sweet meeting you there. But also, in our previous phone conversation, I felt very elated. I felt really good after talking to you. I don’t know if it is what you said or if it is in your field. There is something about you that is by itself and your beingness. It’s nice that you walk your talk.
You have the power to choose what you see. Be intentional and precise with your vision, and take charge of your reality. Share on XThank you. I don’t know why God’s gifted me what they’ve gifted me because I wish I could take all the credit, but I’m listening and taking it in. But a lot of things happen for people when they meet with me, where people get better immediately, or everything falls into place. I’m a channel to help people. So, what will happen after this call? More things will happen for you. I’m blessed to be able to be on that channel.
What’s the main project you’re working on today?
The main project is a bit daunting, but it’s really taking people like myself and coming up with a program or training medical intuitives to be placed into different clinics and medical facilities and run our own. Initially, I was going to do telehealth, but I’m looking for a clinic right now to educate. I’m very much interested in starting with doctors and nurses or anyone in the medical field.
There are a lot of seers in the field who are not allowed to say they’re seers or practice a certain way. I think it’s very limiting. It’s really time that we don’t ignore the sixth sense in medicine; it’s at the forefront. Energy is everything. I don’t understand why we’re ignoring what science has already proved. There’s enough data now, so I’m hopefully going to be able to show a lot of people how we can apply it to modern-day structures.
What do you see as a concern or a limitation of the current medical practices?
I feel like it’s greed, to be honest. There are a lot of really great physicians out there, and there are a lot of really good protocols, but everybody is their own best guru now. They’re popping up so much stuff. People don’t have access to affordable healthcare or quick healthcare. You can’t go to one place and really get everything. It feels like everybody is fearful that they have to have their own thing or someone’s going to take it, that they can’t share their wealth of information.
I would like to be a safe place where people can have the information needed and take it wherever they need it so that physicians can learn how to do these practices in their own space.
There are only a few people I see doing that, and there’s no real equalized care. Even if it’s something like a hernia, you can get it differently in Oklahoma than in Michigan or New York City. Why is it different? Why are cancer treatments different? There are no regulatory things in place. So, I would like to be a safe place where people can have the information needed and take it wherever they need it so that physicians can learn how to do these practices in their own space.
But even the best physicians have a limit to how much they can express. If they think out of the norm, they will probably not say it. I thought we were free people and could say whatever we wanted, but I was very naive until COVID-19 hit. I’m like, “Oh, wait a second. Censorship is real, and greed is real. This matrix we live in is real.” Much of what we see on the news and social media is false. We don’t believe in gods, but we have lots of Hollywood stars to whom we bow.
We worship. Right?
Yeah. We don’t have kings and queens, but we do have royalty. They’re just not called royalty. They are called Taylor Swift.
You couldn’t be more right. It’s 100% correct. It’s okay for people to be at the forefront, but my thing is, if you’re going to be in a role, you get to have a voice. Why are we not saying what needs to be said? Why is it so in the news? Sex trafficking. These are major things that are happening. I don’t understand why we’re not all collectively part of solving problems for the next generation.
We’re too busy with TikTok.
Well, TikTok’s the whole other. I don’t even know how to use or go on it because I’m not on TikTok.
I’m just kidding. Like, it’s a lot less with the career distractions.
That’s what the kids want to be as a career now instead of going to college. You are a TikTok star. My own youngest daughter said it. She’s like, “Dunkin’ Donuts gave a million dollars to this TikTok star.” I’m like, “Oh, great. That’s our goal now.” It’s not just me; it’s you. It’s collectively coming out and starting to change the language, starting to change the conversation, and actually having enough. Not enough people are taking healthy leadership roles. It’s like, you see the athletes you like getting arrested or where they’re cheating on their wives.
That’s because many of those stars have been groomed to be in key positions so they can influence a certain way and distract people. They are being controlled.
They don’t know better. It’s sad. There’s just so much misinformation. I know of therapists that are saying things they should not be saying to their patients. It’s just mind-blowing. We talk about regulating what you’re saying for children and giving children too much power where they’re scaring their parents at a young age because their parents are scared they’re going to make a phone call.
There has to be something—a collective group that comes together that says, “We are the best in the world. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we would like to show it to all of you,” so that way we can start changing what that model looks like. What are the boundaries for touching a kid? Do you know people really don’t know what that is? They really don’t know where the boundaries are. You’d be surprised. It’s kind of scary.
Yes, for sure. It’s also cultural. So, with your work, can you give me some case studies of how people heal from energy work? I’m sure my audience is very open because we had tons of different topics here. Some psychics and quantum physics and all that. But if somebody is listening and is not so much into energy healing, they don’t know what you’re talking about. Maybe you can share with them how it works and give some examples.
People around you are kind of sponging energy off of you, and that’s when the body actually creates disease.
Well, I can definitely do that, but I just want to show you, as far as medical papers, some studies that have happened, even when there have been studies about humans, like if there’s a soul in the body. They did research where they would put somebody who was passing away, like in hospice, on a scale. When they passed, they said an average of two pounds got lost immediately. This rush of energy would come, and all the people around them would say that they felt that energy like a wind. What is that? Even Deepak Chopra has done it. Joe Dispenza. A tremendous amount of money and studies have been put into energy.
Emotions are contagious. We’ve proven emotions are contagious. But why are we not even talking about that? That’s not even in JAMA, the medical journal. If I’m feeling hyperactive and I’m a student in your class, and then all of a sudden, you’re hyperactive. We’re both on ADHD meds. We don’t talk about the energy that we’re affecting or that somebody’s depressed and it’s affecting us. These are conversations that do need to take place. But just like how I’m talking to you, we can’t see any energy, but some frequencies pass through like magnets. Either they stick together or repel.
You can do that with your brain when you relax and can channel. You can manipulate energy to feel better, and that is a lot of what I do, where I can literally rewire somebody’s brain. It sounds crazy, but I do it every day. Where someone might have an addiction issue or a trauma, or they can’t even see something they need to see, and you can literally alter it. You go on your phone, go into a file, and delete or edit it. That’s teachable.
Did you ever heal chronic diseases?
All the time. I mean, FDA-wise, you can’t say it, but I can speak for me. They told me I had an early-stage, rare, incurable blood cancer, and I was at a five-star race. When I cured myself, nobody wanted to know what I did, but it was incurable. It’s like five markers, goes to four to three, or if I brought in Chinese herbs, too, they’d be like, “Oh, just be careful that stuff,” not like, “Oh, my God, you feel so much better. You look better. Your blood work is better,” because they don’t understand it.
Language is the energy around you.
So, yes, all the time, I can either completely resolve an issue or make it substantially better, but it takes the patient to want to do the work. When you asked about energy, I shared this with you before, but I see it. The body is like a dimming light switch. When you’re at the top part, everything is like the brightest bulb. To brighten the frequencies in your body and what is emitted in the space around you, what they call the aura, is like love light. You’re healthy, things are going well, and you have clarity.
Anytime it’s lower, you bring that switch down, like, you’re physically ailing, you mentally aren’t in a great space, or you’re just exhausted. People around you are sponging energy off of you. That’s when the body actually creates disease. When you look at a cancer cell, it needs to vibrate cells, so you need that energy. Forget chemo, but just by cranking up the energy source, you’re already giving the cell its ability to heal itself and start making more healthy cells that could dominate and eat up the other cells.
What are some ways to increase that energy?
First of all, I would put mindset at the forefront, which is to be very cautious of your thoughts. Being in the cup is half empty instead of half full is a huge issue. Start listening and repetitive things to rewire that. YouTube has great affirmations or mantras. The biggest thing I’ve seen is that the inner talk or how people see themselves is so negative that it doesn’t make up for all the good things that they do, whether it’s messages or vegan food or whatever, but their inner talk is actually destroying all of that. I would say language is the energy around you. I love using frequencies off of YouTube because it’s free for my patients as well, whether it’s sound, bowls, or hertz. I sent you some. Hopefully, you listened to some of that.
Yes, I did.
Awesome. And high vibe food. That’s more towards the raw, organic vegetable. The vegan type is the highest, but you can still be very conscious. Bless your food. Meditation is the kind of thing that will raise your vibration, of course, energy work, and finding a Reiki master if you are a healer and don’t understand how to do these things.
Talking about energy masters, I was getting some sort of reiki from an energy master, and then I felt like he was taking energy more than giving energy. On the surface, it seems like it’s amazing. For a moment there, I felt elated. But then I would come back home, and my sciatic pain would become stronger. Then I looked at the other people in the clinic, and they looked a little lifeless. I’m like, “Did they come like this, or did they become? Am I in this white light zone? This is weird.” Maybe because I have this very high awareness, I can sense that. So I stopped going, of course. But what do you think about that?
I feel what you’re saying, and I think you’re right. I feel that energy of what you felt there, and it didn’t feel good. Sometimes, when you are doing Reiki and other things, there’s a period of time afterward that you’ve unlocked, as if your body has to clear the sadness. It’s like you have to cry and get upset.
No. This was different.
Many practitioners have vampire energy, and they’re kind of attaching to yours, but it doesn’t feel like a safe space.
I feel what you’re saying. There are a lot of practitioners who aren’t doing the work, which is the biggest thing. They’re not clearing themselves or what they call vampire energy. When they attach to yours, it doesn’t feel like a safe space. Trust your instincts on that. Don’t do it. I’m very specific about who I allow to touch me. I pray a lot and set the stage before I even get there. So I’ll know if something’s off. I’ll even call them and go, “Hey, I know you don’t need it, but I see this and this around you. Can you clear it before I get there? Or I can come a different day.”
I’ll go as far as to tell them that. So, yeah, there’s a lot of energy that is dangerous. There was one story. It’s kind of scary, but there was this house on the shoreline in Connecticut that was there for 60 to 70 years, but four people jumped out of the same window and committed suicide. Do you think that’s like someone just thinks that idea, or is there an imprint of energy? There’s a story and an energy, and then you take it on. It’s contagious. So think about how strong that is.
I have a seven-year-old, which I told you a little about. I had a call. Her mom was actually a therapist, which was great, very open-minded as well. But her daughter wasn’t even in school and was in the emergency room on anti-seizure medication. It turns out she really was very empathic. She was taking on all this electricity from her peers in the classroom. Her specific issue wasn’t a medical issue but a spiritual one.
It took me one session to clear her. I stood with her briefly, but she was back at school that week. She was off her medications. We got her off, and I gave her mom tools to protect her energy because she’s so susceptible. But do they do that in medicine? What would they have done if I didn’t come in and do that? What does her life look like starting at seven? Lay that out. A good 5, 10 years, 20 years. Does she have a good quality of life?
No. You totally changed the trajectory of her life.
It’s important for every person to have the opportunity to know and choose for themselves.
I think it’s an important conversation. I think it’s important for every person to be able to have the opportunity to know and choose for themselves and not say, “This is what it is.” But maybe, just like you, your intuition is telling you where to go and what to do.
There is more than a story I will share here, but I can tell you in private it was pretty crazy. I’m very empathic. You just said that emotions are contagious. Energy is contagious. What can I do when I’m constantly in an environment that has a lot of stress? Right now, I’m in Israel. There is a war going on. People are really scared, and people are not at ease. Israel is a wonderful place. There is, on the one hand, a beautiful community with amazing food, and the veil is very thin. Spiritually, I feel like this is a very high-vibration place.
Historically, everything about it is very high vibe.
Yes. There is an undercurrent of intensity and stress. Maybe I’m a little fearful because of the war. It’s like people in the north have been suffering for a year now. It’s intense. I chose to be here, right here, right now. It’s a conscious choice. It’s not a logical choice. It’s a hard choice. And regardless of all this, the energy here is right for me.
I don’t know if I came here to do something to bring more light or if the place is going to bring more light to me, but I’m going to go through something good for me here. But currently, the environment is stressful. The emotions are heightened. My sister wanted to go to the north today, and my mom said, “Don’t go.” I told her, “Don’t go.” Rockets. Fires. That’s not good.
Yeah, I feel that.
What do you do with that? How can I keep my center in such an intense environment for the good and the bad?
The more you clear the clutter in your mind and surroundings, the clearer your vision becomes, allowing you to set powerful intentions. Share on XIt’s such a great question because there are so many people that you can’t change your environment. How do you survive in the environment?
Especially as a highly sensitive person. I’m super sensitive.
I see what you’re saying. You’re also so inquisitive about all these new practices and all the things you do, which is great. When you collectively put them together, I think you’ll understand more why you chose to be there as well and what you can offer to extend that because we’re all really teachers. You learn it to extend it. What’s the point, then?
But I think there’s never been more of a time to be in touch with your intuitive side and listen to that gut instinct, which is what I said, six senses, right? In order to have the sixth sense, that’s your knowing of saying, “I’m not getting in the car. I’m not going to the north. I’m not.” That’s your gut. Like saying, “This is not just fear. I know something’s off.”
To hear your gut instinct, you have to clear the chaos.
In order to hear that gut, you have to clear chaos. The meditation practices are huge to go with that. Too much talking is done in a lot of the meditations. I’m purely focused on light and just clear my head. The more you can clear the data in your head and all the stuff around you, the more you can see clearly, and you start to set intentions. I want my body to only know what’s in the highest and best good. “If there’s anything that isn’t, please stop me. Make it forceful or clear my subconscious of fear.”
I have conversations where I’m really inviting in what I want so that it really happens. First of all, what we just said about raising your vibe, listening to the frequencies, even at night, protecting your energy when you’re sleeping, clearing the debris around you, quieting the head, eating high-vibe food and checking in with yourself and start to play with it. If you go to the supermarket, start saying, “Oh, I’ll get the first parking spot.” Or “I know I’m going to see the next person. This friend is going to call me.”
Start playing with your intuition. That way, when it tells you something loud and clear, you listen to it because you have to trust it. If you have faith in your spiritual practices or religion, then you also have to trust that you’re also taken care of. It’s scary at first. I’ve done it, and I’ve done it not only with my medical practices for myself but I’ve done with clients. When scary situations come up, or where I’ve been around situations where there have been shootings and things like yourself, I understand what it’s like to really know things happen very fast.
But I’ve also realized that I immediately knew what to do, which surprised me because no one taught me that innately. My body went into a position. I truly believe it’s because I’ve been so tapped in, because I’m doing the work, because I’m asking, and because I felt safe when those things started to happen. I knew I wasn’t safe and had to go where I needed to be. I think that will be key when you’re in a place with so much sadness and scariness and how you can stay stable and focused.
Yes, step by step. I’m getting much better. I have to remind myself everything that I’m teaching. It’s so easy to teach spirituality when everything’s easy. “Let me tell you exactly how to live your life. I know everything, actually.”
Well, I don’t want to see some things, too. I feel like sometimes your fear is blocking you, but you can ask your intuition, your spirit, to say, “Detach from it.” Say, “Can you show me a movie? Can you show me what I need to see?” We need to know, but I don’t need to feel that fear. You can literally ask, and it’s like a wire you’re unplugging. And because I feel like there’s stuff for you to see, you’re kind of like, “Nope, I’m going to go this way. I don’t want to do that,” but it’s actually going to be good for you because it’s a real conversation. It’s going to be something really real.
Do you have any thoughts on how to make the best decisions? It’s probably similar to what you just said.
I’d say not impulsively, and for sure, to sit back and wait on them. Just like the decision you made to be in Israel, or I decided to come south, and my kids are up north right now. You really sit in it. I think it’s purpose. What is the purpose? What is the goal when you have a bigger career or mission to help people, and you really need to step into those things? You really need to sit with it and make sure that you’re aligned and being very thought-provoking in that decision-making or ask somebody else you value.
Mindset is everything. Be mindful of your thoughts—if you’re always seeing the cup as half empty, that’s a big problem. Start rewiring by feeding your mind with positivity and repetition. Share on XI have a few people on my team that I’m always like, “What am I missing?” then, it clicks all of a sudden. I’m like, “You know, I should have thought of that.” I feel like that’s really the way. When you trust yourself, you make better decisions because your stomach knows, your gut knows. That’s how I know when I’m doing a cancer protocol. I have a new two-year-old cancer patient.
They said he was cancer-free, but immediately before even I could see what was happening with the spine, as soon as I brought him over, I could feel stuff going on in his spine. My gut just knows because I’ve trained myself to be persistent when I’m right and to trust it before. I will be like, “Oh, I’d be afraid to tell them. I don’t want to scare anybody.” But now I’m like, “Well, why wouldn’t you want to know that you want to be at your best?” So now, some amazing things are happening because I stepped through the fear, which is what you’re doing, and I see a lot more to come for you.
That’s amazing. What do you think about 5G, 6G, 7G, or 8G?
Energy isn’t going anywhere, and we’re upgrading our technology, right? What I think is kind of crazy, and again, to go back to the whole medical stuff, if you’ve noticed there’s no more mental health and there’s more anxiety than ever, is that all those frequencies that we’re putting out, like the satellites that we’re putting out, the earth is getting hot. All these energies, wherever in between, like us as conductors, are not strong like the foods we’re being given. Think about it over tired or prescriptions.
Think about the pyramid where cornflakes aren’t like the top.
The more spiritual and grounded you are, the better.
Yeah, like drinking Kool-Aid. It’s the most ridiculous. They’re all like Ponzi schemes. But when you ask about that, I think it’s going to be good when certain things are elevated. I think what’s bad is that there are no regulatory things. We’re not being educated on how the human body is actually being affected by all that because we’re not channeling the energy very well. So, the more spiritual and grounded you are, the better. As those things increase, it’s going to get serious for people.
What do you see your practice looking like in the next five years?
That’s tough. I see global. I see that there’s a facility everywhere. There are training facilities. I see that there’s a lot of access online. I see myself leading the message with a lot of other really amazing people. Then, I get to step back and do books, more specific protocols, and actual lab work. I’m just so excited about the lab work. What I see with DNA and how I know to do things, and then I see these other amazing people taking that and extending more knowledge after I step back.
What do you do with DNA?
I won’t say too much, but some of the things they think you can’t do with DNA, you can do with DNA. There are practices I have to be able to get clinical trials and prove to have people access that type of information. I have to be able to show that the work works in a lot of areas. The work that I’m bringing to the forefront is work that I’ve already proven. There’s already data out there that I’m very conscious of the safety and responsibility of what comes out.
But there’s even cancer stuff. There’s a lot that is very, very simple and easy that is not being offered to the public. We’re not just talking about vitamins and holistic stuff. There’s just a way to see what cancer is. I’m just very cautious of your listeners and people wanting to do things on their own. I don’t want to give practice, but I’ve seen too many people die very unnecessarily.
Fear can be a formidable block for intuition. When you detach from emotions, you allow your true perception to surface, providing better judgment in challenging times. Share on XAbsolutely. If you had a dream person who wanted to join, venture with or work with, who would it be?
It’s a tough one. I have this vision of these child videos that you could put in schools. I feel like they’re expecting too much from the teachers all the time, that there’s a lot of really good information to start with kids at a very young age and start teaching a lot of the things that they’re not being taught in these videos.
I see two people, and you would think they wouldn’t go together, but believe it or not, Chris Hemsworth, the Thor, the superhero, and because there’s something about what he’s actually done that actually be amazing in the videos. Then, Yanik and Louie Schwartzberg, I’ve talked to them before, but I see what he’s created going together. I just see this whole alchemy of it turning out to be something really, really amazing for children.
That’s beautiful. What are your three top tips for living a stellar life?
Be honest. Not to be two people when I say that because people are like one way with certain people and another way with others and just be the same person. People will accept you or not accept you. Always have that quiet time where you can really be grateful and intention-provoking.
We’re definitely different with different people. Sometimes, we don’t even know because you can. I heard advice from a voice teacher to record when you’re talking to your parents and when you’re talking to somebody else. We do it subconsciously, where one will talk with their parents, and all of a sudden, their voice will become a little more childish. Then, they’ll talk to somebody else, and they’re completely different. How can we gap the two? How can we be the same with everyone? Do we really need to be the same with everyone?
Well, it’s about having confidence. I think you’re going to be a little bit different, maybe with a child, but always be your true self. I’ve heard stories where they’re one person with different people or someone who wants to come out with a new career, and they think that they’re following this model from somebody else. Just be your true self and trust your own gut. I just think that you can’t be so different and expect that it’s going to work out for you.
