Stellar Conversations: Find Your Inner Light with Jaz Presence

A Personal Note From Orion

Being more mindful of how you live your life is not an easy feat. But like anything you do that’s considered self-care,  it is worth it. In this Stellar Conversation, my guest, Jaz Presence, shares his wisdom on how you can look deeper within yourself.

Jaz is one of my dearest friends and I’m proud of our friendship. He’s extremely smart and spiritual and I learned a lot from him on how to create better relationships, how to become a better individual, and how to connect with a higher being.

In this Stellar Conversation, Jaz implores his listeners to step back from self-centered thinking and to really reflect on who they are from within, so they can achieve their highest potential. We also delved deeper into meditation. According to Jaz, it’s not really that difficult. His advice is to start small. Start with just a minute of silence and add a minute every day until you reach your ultimate goal.
