Stellar Conversations: Hacking Your Body with Dave Asprey

A Personal Note From Orion

With the uncertainties that COVID-19 brought, many of us are getting more inclined to take control of our health. If there’s anything that we should prioritize in times like this, it’s our immune system.

In this interview I had with Dave Asprey, we are going to take it up a notch. Dave is the father of Biohacking. He’s the founder and CEO of Bulletproof Nutrition, and many experts have considered his ideas about health and nutrition as innovative and life-changing.

“The only problem is that it’s a lot easier to be younger when you’re young
than it is to get old and then reverse it.”

Dave is all about retaining human vitality for as long as they can. It’s not just about anti-aging and looking good even when you’re 70. It’s also about becoming a better, stronger, smarter human being.

Tune to this interview as we talked about the many ways you can begin your biohacking journey. A couple of years ago, some of these concepts were barely new. Today, things like stem cell therapy, neurofeedback, and the like show a promising future for health and medicine. Tune in!
